The A9 Partnership Limited can provide advice on the merits and obligations associated with forming a limited company, and if this route is chosen, we can assist you with company formation. Once established, we can take care of completing and lodging the relevant documentation with Companies House - often electronically – including, Annual Returns, and all forms relating to changes in directors, secretaries, addresses and shares of the company.
As well as preparing your annual accounts, if required we will take care of filing these with Companies House, taking advantage of the option to file abbreviated accounts where this applies.
If required, we can act as Company Secretary, and can provide your company with its Registered Office address.
